XML to LINQ

Initially I find it really difficult to plug data from XML to UI. Layer by Layer coding seems tricky but interesting. If I got struck, the one thing I learnt from my colleague aswin is, he always keeps himself patience. He will dig deep and check for the root cause of the issue and proactively try to resolve it. The same thing even I have started. It is very nice to do coding with patience. Once if I get tensed, then gone, programming won't come. Soft skills are the fundamental thing for the IT job. For the past couple of weeks, I have started working on LINQ to XML. Nice it is. Queries we are writing in SQL, we are still able to write the same kind of query in UI. Very effective.

Enjoy working with Aswin Sampath

I like working with Aswin Sampath...A very helping tendency guy and expert in solving critical problems like an Architect. Hailing from Chennai and longing for so many days to flew back to chni with good opportunity. Started from prototyping for Gmac to now, he is polite with everyone and listening to each requirement with more diligence and work accordingly. Very Very 101% sincere in work....:) but sensitive tooooo....Sometimes, I used to think about myself that I am very sensitive...but he is more sensitive than me......Like to work with him in upcoming projects.....

A great day today with a senior most WASEian

Today, it was an amazing experience while having an open meet with a senior most waseian. she really talks greatly about how to manage studies and work parallely. And one more thing I understood the very basic stuff is to compromise with the things we get instead of going for comparing with others. Today, when one of our colleagues started to talk about the sick leaves and others for WASEians, our HR started telling if you started to compare yourself with you, you will never get satisfied. Take out that attitude from you by pointing that girl. But, that girl never gets compromised with any of the others words. Practically, it is really difficult to stretch, but when we have to stretch, no way a little more effort has to be put to get the things done. That's the lesson learnt for the day.

Programming with Silverlight

When I started doing programming with Silverlight in 2007 it was a pleasure and eager to learn new things. At that time, I was keen in learning Animation stuffs, where as when it comes to designing like a designer using XAML in Visual Studio 2008, it is really killing, coz, every time focus should be on Left, Top position. When I am doing the designing without Expression Blend, I am really fed up coz of this positioning. But, Once everything is done and when I look at my complete screen everytime, I personally used to feel contented and so much happy. My Silverlight career started in 2007 and still running in fast track. But, I have lot of things to learn. Learning never ends. I learnt after entering into this IT field, that learning along with practical implementation of the learnt things will only work. Only Learning will never work. Simultaneously doing the things which I learnt is more important. Anyway, Google is 99% developer.
